Take bets or create your own odds on a sports betting exchange USA based
This is the type of sports betting apps & sites I use the most.
No "house" - Create your own odds or take other bettors' odds.
Take a bet at the odds listed, same as you do on traditional sportsbooks.
Make a bet to set your own odds for someone else to take - it's so easy!
Unlike traditional online sportsbooks, which set and manipulate the odds to ensure their own profit, sports betting exchanges in the US allow their users to Take a bet at the odds offered by other users, or to Make their own odds and offer the bet to other users, creating a healthy marketplace of supply and demand.
This peer-to-peer model often leads to the best available odds.
$ Bonuses:
All exchanges I've used offer some kind of bonus.
• They all have a signup bonus (details in the individual exchanges listed below)
• They all offer a referral bonus
• They all offer write-in sweepstakes cash from time to time
• Some offer additional deposit bonuses from time to time
• Some offer daily/weekly/monthly challenges with monetary rewards
• Some hold social media contests with monetary rewards
None of them seem to have ongoing bonuses for every deposit, like some traditional sportsbooks do, but the better odds available on exchanges easily make up for that.
User Feedback / Updates:
Sports betting exchange software is constantly improving based on user feedback. Submit your ideas via Live Chat or Discord, so it's easy to have some back-and-forth dialogue about suggestions. I've personally make one suggestion on one of the exchanges (4Cx) and it was implemented the next day.
Sharp Bettors:
Sports betting exchange sites do not limited or ban winners and professionals, they welcome them! They allow advanced strategies that traditional sportsbooks do not, such as hedging, arbitrage, and in-play trading, making them especially appealing to sharp bettors who want more opportunity and control over their wagers. Even betting on obscure events/markets (if available) won't raise red flags for exchanges.
Betting Market Availability:
I've had no trouble finding main markets on any of these sports betting exchange app. Most secondary markets are also available for the more popular events. If the market you're looking for isn't available, you can either create the market yourself (on 4Cx) or request the market (on Novig, ProphetX & Kutt). More obscure sports and non-sporting events might not be available yet (Kutt's the best for these) but I've noticed that these exchanges are constantly expanding to new markets.
Structure:
Most of these sports betting exchange online platforms and apps (except Kutt) use the sweepstakes model, using Sweep Coins (just for practice or fun, no value) and Sweep Cash (redeem for real money) to place bets. This is proven and trusted, it's just a way for these companies to be approved in the USA without the need of expensive casino licenses (we're talking millions of dollars) in each state they operate in.
Juice / Fees:
Since exchanges don't set the odds, there is no "juice" in the traditional sense, although some do take a small fee from the winner of each wager. Other exchanges instead make their money in a variety of other ways, such as institutional traders (Google it), data monetization (every sportsbook monetizes data), and internal market making (such as parlays).
I've had only good experiences with all sports betting exchanges in the US listed below I and consistently use all of them

PROS:
• Best available odds about 75% of the time, across the nearly two dozen sportsbooks I've used
• Lots of action, so the odds I make myself are usually taken by other users fairly quickly and rarely go unfilled
• No commissions - You keep all of your winnings
• Intuitive app that's easy to learn and use
• Available, responsive support staff via Live Chat, Email and Discord
CONS:
• Betting is available only on their mobile app and not on their website. For some, this is a con but for me it isn't because I almost exclusively use my phone for betting anyway
• Cannot create your own markets, although most markets are available and there's a dedicated channel on their Discord to request new markets and they respond quickly
(This is different than creating your own odds within an existing market, which you can do)
CONCLUSION:
Novig is my favorite betting platform of any kind, let alone my favorite sports betting exchange app. It's the sweet spot of no fees, lots of action for quick bet fulfillment, and usually the best odds available from other users. I've also had multiple positive interactions with their support staff.

PROS:
• More opportunity to make/create the best odds available on any exchanges and traditional sportsbooks, sometimes by quite a bit
• Greater control over your pending wagers, as far as editing it instead of needing to delete it and place an adjusted wager
• Ability to create new markets within existing events
• Intuitive betting that's easy to learn and use
• Available, responsive support staff via Live Chat, Email and Discord
CONS:
• There is less action on 4Cx than there is on Novig or ProphetX, so although I often make/create better odds here than I can on those other exchanges, my bets here are sometimes taken less quickly by other users. When that happens, I either adjust my odds here, which is easier to do on this exchange, or I move the bet to one of the other exchanges. To me, it's still worth using to try and get those better odds because they can be quite a bit better.
CONCLUSION:
4Cx could easily become my favorite exchange as they gain more users to up the action there, but even as is I find myself using it more than ProphetX, which has the most action. As you can see from the Pros/Cons above, that's really their only sticking point. I didn't even list the lack of a mobile app as a con because their mobile website is excellent. The odds here are better enough, and they do currently have enough action, to make this exchange well worth my time.
Website: prophetx.co
My Rating: ★★★★⯪ 4.5 / 5
Available In: Most USA states; See section 3.4 of their Terms of Use
Bet Commission/Fees: 1% deducted from winnings (better than the juice of traditional bookies)
Bet From: Website & mobile app
Funds:
Deposit: I've successfully purchased Prophet Cash using my bank account (via Trustly). Other options are Debit (VISA) and Cash At Retail (PayNearMe).
Withdrawal: I've successfully redeemed Prophet Cash for real money to my bank account (via Trustly).
Signup Bonus: Up to $200 free Prophet Cash back.
1. Sign up using this link & enter referral code 3VEXT6 if prompted.
2. Purchase & bet at least $50 Prophet Cash in your first 14 days;
Enter referral code 3VEXT6 during purchase if prompted.
3. Get daily 1.5% Prophet Cash back on your bets during your first 30 days.
PROS:
• Better odds than traditional sportsbooks I've used most of the time
• The most action of the exchanges, so the odds I make myself are usually taken by other users the fastest here and rarely go unfilled
• Intuitive betting that's easy to learn and use
• Available, responsive support staff via Email and Discord
CONS:
• That pesky 1% fee taken from the winner. Although 1% is FAR less than the juice from traditional sportsbooks, some exchanges don't charge any fee.
• Can't create your own markets, although most markets are available and there's a dedicated channel on their Discord to request new markets and they respond fairly quickly.
(This is different than creating your own odds within an existing market, which you can do)
CONCLUSION:
Although their 1% commission makes their odds less often better than other exchanges (but still FAR better than traditional sportsbooks), their biggest strength is the sheer amount of action, which makes them worth using because other bettors more quickly take the odds you make.
It should be noted that they recently REDUCED their commission from 3% down to 1%. To me, this shows a concern for customer experience and I would never expect to see such a move from a traditional sportsbook.
TIP:
Use OddsJam to check the ProphetX odds because they automatically adjust the odds shown to account for the 1% fee.
Website: play.kutt.com
My Rating: ★★★★⯪ 4.3 / 5
Available In: Most USA states; Check their terms for the latest updates
Bet Commission/Fees: 3% deducted from winnings (much lower than traditional sportsbooks' vig)
Bet From: Mobile app (Apple/IOS only), mobile website (for Android users; also works on desktop)
Funds:
Deposit: Debit cards, credit cards, crypto, online bank transfers, ACH
Withdrawal: ACH
Signup Bonus: +$5 free cash.

2. Check your balance for the extra free $5.
PROS:
• Social features like user profiles, leaderboards, group chats, and a social feed make betting more engaging and community-driven
• Not a sweepstakes model, so you're depositing and withdrawing US dollars rather than buying and redeeming sweepstakes entries
• They're legally considered a game of skill and are available in many states where traditional sports betting is restricted, like CA, TX, and FL
• Diverse and non-sporting event markets available, such as politics, pop culture, finance, and more!
• "Request a Bet" button right in the app/website
• Available, responsive support staff via Live Chat & Email
CONS:
• Their 3% fee when compared to the exchanges above, but that's still less than the juice from traditional sportsbooks
• Less action at the moment because they're newer than the other exchanges
CONCLUSION:
Kutt sees themselves as different than a betting exchange and other P2P betting platform because of their heightened social aspect. You can join groups or create your own for your friends, see the profile and stats of the person you're betting against (you might love or hate that) or even send a private bet to a friend! There are definitely more ways to interact more with their community if you choose.
That being said, I think they fit very well in the exchange category, although they're definitely innovating, thinking outside the "exchange box" and pushing the envelope.
Android users, don't worry about the lack of an app, their mobile website is just as good.
I only ranked this one lowest because of fewer users resulting in less action, but with their strong offering this should improve over time. I was on a live webinar with the founder and I like what he said about what they're trying to do.
My own betting strategy is to use all of these P2P sports betting exchanges because I've found that they compliment each other very well.
Whether I'm looking to arbitrage them against each other, find the best odds, or make my own odds, one or more of these exchanges almost always offers better opportunities than traditional sportsbooks.
If you're looking for sports betting exchange game availability or a fun betting exchange app, the list above is likely to have the best betting exchange for you.
I hope this type of sportsbook will flood the market and the list of betting exchanges above will turn into a top 10 betting exchange list.
